Here at Magness Farms we rear and produce our own animals as well as sourcing local and high welfare meats from reputable farms and suppliers.
At Magness Farms we rear and produce high quality beef. We keep a small number of cattle to ensure each one is provided with the best care and attention. By keeping our numbers low, we are able to maintain healthy, happy animals from beginning to end.
We mainly introduce rare and slower growing native breeds onto the farm which are reared with traditional practices. All of our animals are grown to full maturity to ensure great flavour which is far superior to any commercially farmed system. We take great pride in our work and understand the importance of managing the farm sustainably and using our livestock on a rotational cycle to help enrich soils and encourage new growth on the farm.
We strive to ensure we provide you with high quality meats that have great flavour and taste. Our Magness Farms produce is limited and we have stock a few times a year, more information on what is available, pre-order info and release dates can be found on our Magness Farms Own stock below or under the shop 'Magness Farms Own' tab at the top of the page.
